Hayley is a fantastic nurse! She showed such kindness in everything she did for C. Hayley was so thoughtful. She was an excellent teacher. She taught us how to bathe with my drain and clean around the drain. She had us do a return demonstration, where she was able to show us the correct and proper way to do things at home and how to measure the drainage. She always had time and was always attentive to C's needs. She really stood out! Thank you for Hayley!

Hayley introduced herself to me and my mom immediately when she entered my room. She gave us a very warm welcome and showed us such respect and great kindness. She made a point to ask us if we needed anything. Hayley is an extraordinary person! It is her personality and how she deals with the public that makes her extraordinary.
