Leigh Smith, RN, CEN, CPEN, TNCC

Leigh embodies an Extraordinary Nurse by showing Passion, Empathy, Teamwork, Admirable Attributes, and her love of nursing. In one of her nominations, she was recognized for even the most minor things like asking if patients need blankets and making sure that the patients are as comfortable as possible.

Leigh works hard in the Emergency Dept and is returning to school to get her BSN. She is also a Certified Emergency Nurse and a Certified Pediatrics Emergency Nurse. She loves the fast pace of the Emergency Department and the adrenaline of helping people as effectively and efficiently. Congratulations, Leigh! You are an inspiration, and you deserve it!
