When Mae is working, I know that excellent care and compassion will be given to every patient she encounters.
Mae began working at OCG before I did and from the moment that I met her, she was nothing but kind, caring, and calm with the patients and staff she interacts with. She takes her time when assessing patients, doesn't get overwhelmed easily, and goes above and beyond to help others even when she herself is busy. Whenever I see her face, I know I have at least one person on my team that will never let me down. She also goes out of her way to celebrate every single person in the department on their birthday. She is just constantly thinking of others...the patients, the nurses, the techs, and the doctors!

She always has a positive attitude and can dictate the atmosphere of the department and staff with her kindness.
