Our son was admitted to the NICU a few hours after birth with a low oxygen issue. We were not given much information during those first 24 hours. The doctors and nurses were very calculated in their communication with us which often left us with more anxiety each day. Enter Erin. It was around the third day that my son was admitted and we were feeling defeated by the situation but mostly we just needed someone with a loving approach. Erin was that God send for us. She treated us like family and made sure we were kept in the loop on his progress but more importantly that she knew we were struggling. What an amazing woman in her care for not only our son but his parents. We are forever grateful for this kind soul and her selfless approach to her calling. Her caring approach made those days and nights that much bearable. Thank you for all that you do!
