Terrence has been my person since I started here in 2018. He has gone from my preceptor, to mentor, to one of my very best friends whom I genuinely could not live without. He provides exceptional care to our patients, and he provides excellent care for the staff, as well. He is a genuinely amazing human being, nurse, and leader.

Terrence maintains professionalism, even during those times it can be hard maintaining professionalism when it has been an extremely rough shift. Anyone in acute care that knows Terrence, knows they can call him for anything, and he will try/do his very best. He is always willing to lend a hand and help you, even in “sticky” situations.

Terrence is the calming presence in storms, and he deserves to be praised. He is compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to AMC. He is the Dermabond of the night shift! Hands down one of the best nurses I have ever worked with.

Terrence treats everyone like family from patients to coworkers. He is always sacrificing time at home to help out at work. He is probably the most selfless nurse I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Terrence has a way of calming down a situation just with his presence. He’s loving and caring to each patient, no matter the situation. He goes above and beyond to be a team player as well, always checking where he can help. Terrence can be my nurse anytime!
