Every day I hear her stand up for what is right for her patients. Whether it is that they are waiting too long or if they are not getting what they need. Every day for 15 years, Eileen has worked as a nurse practitioner. When I first started rooming for Eileen, I was not the greatest roomer nor the fastest. Eileen had so much patience with the whole transition. Always has a big smile on her face. Always giving words of encouragement. Always there to help and teach yet isn’t afraid to be taught. Eileen helped a man after hours and never once got annoyed with him because it was time for her to go. She is a true hero, and she deserves to be honored, because I know I am honored to be her roomer and her friend. Thank you, Eileen, for not just having faith in me but in our patients and in our team Endo. You truly are amazing, and it shines so brightly through. Beautiful!
