Nomination #1: “To whom it concerns: I want and feel it necessary to inform management, and those responsible for decisions regarding Priscilla’s performance, that it is my opinion that she is truly extraordinary! I am a seasoned professional and consider her the same. Not to take away from the performances of others this week - however Priscilla is certainly a ‘step or two ahead’ of the rest of the staff. I believe it's a pleasure to have been served and cared for by her as a result of the following: Demeanor or attitude was fantastic the entire day. Her experience definitely shows through. This cannot be overlooked or ignored. The fact that she is experienced also allows her to properly educate others including staff and patients. Her love for her job is incredible and I feel she is the perfect ‘RN’. She shares what she know so we all learn properly. Together this makes Priscilla a most valuable resource for the hospital - its staff - and patients. Thus it is my opinion she should be recognized as such!”

Nomination #2: “I would like to nominate and say thank you to Priscilla for extraordinary patient care. When Priscilla entered my room I was a nervous wreck. Surgery recovery was difficult for me and I needed someone to manage my care in an extraordinary way. Like most nurses, Prisicilla was kind, gentle, and attentive to my needs. What surprised and pleased me was her enthusiasm and her desire to be my ‘cheerleader.’ She lifted my spirits and encouraged me over and over again when I desperately needed encouragement. I was a frustrated and depressed patient and thank God I had a nurse who was so joyful and encouraging. I believe she truly loves her job and that she truly cares about each of her patients. I know there is a beautiful smile behind her mask everytime she enters my room. I have been admitted to the hospital several times and I can honestly say that Priscilla is the best nurse I have ever had! She makes me want to get better and enjoy life again.”
