I was sitting with the Patient whom she was caring for, I was really proud to be standing with her as her patient got very upset, calling her and all the staff names, and also refusing the care the patient needed. The whole shift I watch how she stayed so very professional as the patient tried to break her spirits down. She never allowed the patient to take her out of character. Once she informed the patient that he was being moved to a different room, that upset the patient to the point that we had to call security to transport the patient to the new room. I would like to let Sara know that she is a ROCK STAR!!
