The patient was seen for a pre-op partial nephrectomy. He was just about to give up on his BCG treatments for his bladder cancer, but he says Bonnie is the reason he continued. He could not say enough about Bonnie. The patient talked about how she was kind, and reassuring, and took the time to explain everything step by step. The patient never felt rushed and he states he was able to relax with Bonnie and feel comforted. The patient thanked Bonnie for providing him with such excellent care.
