Jess is a night shift nurse in Labor and Delivery. Jess provides exceptional care to all she comes in contact with. Having been a patient in the unit for several months, I met many of the staff. Jess stands out because she goes above and beyond her work. Jess is extremely hard-working; she doesn’t cut corners or leave work undone for the next shift to pick up. Jess is very knowledgeable and took the to explain any diagnosis or test that I had questions about.  Jess was also extremely encouraging and supportive of me and my family. Jess has so many wonderful qualities of being generous, compassionate, kind, giving of herself, and happy to be at work. You can really tell she enjoys her career and taking care of others! Jess is also very humble because if she does make a mistake, she is very quick to apologize. I am so blessed to have Jess as my nurse during my time at the hospital. Jess has definitely helped me carry this heavy cross with me and my family, and I cannot express enough in words how much I appreciate her care. May God reward her for all that she does!
