Holly is one of the most superb examples of a bedside nurse that I have ever encountered in almost all of my years in nursing (almost 30). Holly is a kind, compassionate, generous, thoughtful nurse and colleague. She puts herself LAST. Always!! Holly is a true definition of selflessness. Every year when the nurses sign up for vacation, Holly always puts her request after the lesser senior nurses. This is just one example of many that she demonstrates on a daily basis! Her peers respect and enjoy working with her, and most of all, her patients just adore her! Holly is always looking to improve her knowledge and practice; serving as the unit skin champion.
