Inquiring about the symptoms with frequent visits come to help without asking, making our stress and worry go away. While I had dengue fever, low platelet count, and high fever, Nurse Sirirat came to service intimately, I felt safe, confident, and reassured. From getting stressed out, when the team came to take care, I turned to be relaxed, seeing professional care and empathy for me as a patient. The nurse's face was smiling all the time. I don't feel like I'm in the hospital instead, it feels like home because she is providing services as if I were a relative I didn't feel like a stranger at all. The nurse did the blood drawing procedure and gave the saline solution, it didn't hurt, and her hands were very light, so I wasn't afraid of needles at all. When I inquired about the disease and symptoms, the nurse explained every step and advice about conduct. I asked questions and she answered in an easy-to-understand way. And it's an explanation and encouragement at the same time. It makes me not afraid of dengue fever at all. Impressed with the care and nursing in this ward, I've heard that nurses take care of the body, mind, psychosocial, and spirit. That said, it's true. And it's also very good. Excellent service.
