Yiren is excellent and knows her job well. She walks and works with quiet confidence. She is attentive, and responsive, and had no excuses but rather got the job done. While others responded with excuses and delays, Yiren quietly procured my saltines and heating pad in what felt like seconds. I constantly was correcting other staff on the pronunciation of Yiren’s name. When I asked Yiren why she doesn’t correct her co-workers, she graciously responded, “I understand it’s a difficult name.” Yiren is smart and excellent at her job. She is pleasant and gracious with her patients and her co-workers. God Bless Yiren; she is a true DAISY Nurse.
