Joy showed exceptional care throughout the four-day stay. She was very compassionate with her care. Our baby was born early, and she went above and beyond to make stressful situations seem less chaotic. We never went without anything that we needed. She comforted our son during all uncomfortable procedures and helped reduce his stress levels. When first getting my son in the room with us from the NICU she even helped me hand express milk and start the breastfeeding journey on a much more positive note than I was able to with my firstborn, I could have asked for anyone to answer questions more thoroughly or show more attention to detail, even as far as emptying our trash cans when there was a mix up with room service. She is such a great asset to this team.
