Heather is a very good nurse. She always helped my wife and me with getting answers to our questions concerning upcoming tests and procedures. Even though it was very busy for the nurses, Heather always checked in on me to see how I was doing. Heather is a very attentive nurse. She went out of her way to find out answers when it got confusing. We enjoyed her personality and friendliness. We were here for 21 days so saw lots of nurses and Heather is one of the best. You can plainly see that Heather is passionate about her nursing career. She truly cares about the well-being of her patients both physically and mentally, always making sure they had what they needed (answers, a drink, a shower). She is so friendly that she put me at ease about everything. She always has a smile on her face, she answers all your questions and if she did not know the answer, she always found someone that did. She interacted with everyone in the room and made sure everyone had their questions answered. Heather is friendly, knowledgeable, and a great asset to your team!
