In the last year, there have been a lot of changes to unit managers and unit-based educators. One person really stepped up and went above and beyond to help as many managers and team members as possible. She taught a class to help onboard new team members, helped find preceptors for new CNRs, checked in with all managers to see if they needed anything, kept managers updated on education coming down the line, and is always willing to help and answer questions. All this is on top of the items she needs to do for her assigned units and a rollout of capacity management. She truly exemplifies BayCare values and embodies teamwork. She spent months running around helping everyone and she never once complained about being tired, or that they need to hurry up and hire more educators. I know it must have been exhausting and she put in more hours than she is required to. Without her, many team members would have or could have fallen through the cracks.
