Diane is an excellent nurse. She exemplifies our "Patients are First" culture in all that she does. She provides excellent care to her patients and their families with kindness and generosity and tirelessly advocates for her patients ensuring all their care needs are met. She takes time to teach her patients and she incorporates their families and caregivers in the learning process.

When she has a patient assignment, you can rest assured the patients are well cared for. Over the past several years with covid 19 and the loss of our experienced staff, Diane has shown her commitment to 6SE. While taking on the RN3 interim role, she has been educating and orienting new staff and looking for new ways to support our new nurses. Diane has been updating our unit procedures and process, getting our unit-mentoring program restarted, and moving the UPC forward. We are so grateful to have such an exceptional RN as part of our team.
