Even though the ED was busy, the charge nurse, went WAY above and beyond to try to make my mother comfortable. She even provided an ice pack and went out of her way to keep us informed of my mom’s status with tests. We could not ask for a better angel on Earth. She was especially patient with a very anxious daughter-ME! She kept me informed of every detail of my mom’s care. She even brought both of us ice water when she heard how long we waited in the waiting room. She is such an asset to your staff. Her professional demeanor, along with her caring way, should be a model for all nurses to follow. Thank you so much to the nurses and doctors for their exemplary care of my precious mother.
