I have seen how you convince a very difficult patient when everybody is hard up to deal with. I have seen the way you speak with a calm, respectful, and caring attitude. I have seen your care as you have to spend time talking and explaining to them politely and making the patient feel she is loved and cared for. You are a star! When we started our new CRRT machine you have shown your extra time sharing your knowledge to troubleshoot the machine even though you are busy doing your job. I can see your smile and dedication to help out.

We were scared, were tired of dealing with our new machine but your style in sharing your insights makes it easier. You are a great help to the unit. There was a time when our intensivist was super busy and it was so difficult to start a new line; you volunteered yourself to do the task without hesitation. It makes our work even better. We thank you for being so positive and always so caring to the team. You help us above and beyond making difference in the lives of our patients.
