Divya is loved and respected by her patients, colleagues, and others alike. She is extremely supportive of her PCAs and new-hire RNs whenever they need assistance or anything that can make their transition easy. She sits and explains procedures and unit expectations even with our student nurses. Divya is very compassionate and caring to all her patients. Everything she does keeps the patient and their family at the center no matter how busy the unit is.

Divya is outstanding. What makes her special is that she is always there, really on top of everything no matter how annoying I feel that I am being. When she says she’s coming back she comes right back. Her personality and calmness were key to making me feel safe and that my decision to come to Englewood Health was the right decision for my reconstructive surgery. She’s really smart!!

If I ever call Divya for help she never says ‘No’ even if she is not assigned to that patient. She is a great mentor, and when challenging situations arise it’s obvious she sees it as an opportunity for growth and for fostering strong teamwork. She shows respect to everyone regardless of their background.
