Anna is a true example of what a nurse is. My mother was very sick and she took amazing care of her. She was so kind and sweet. You could tell she was even smiling under her mask. We had to have an uncomfortable conversation about hospice care for my mom and she was a wealth of information.

Was amazing and took care of my mother for 3 nights following her admission to the SICU from another floor. She helped guide us and answered uncomfortable questions without ever imposing her opinion. She is a true angel. My mother was so sick and was treated by this nurse as if it was her own mother in the room. She wiped her brow and her face. She played with and fixed her hair. She treated her like a human being, and not a number or a burden. I cannot thank her enough for her care and compassion.

Nowadays, people are quick to complain and never compliment others.  Anna deserves to be recognized for her efforts. She is an asset to WRMC and sets the example of how nurses should treat their patients.
