Judith was my nurse during the day. What most impressed me was how she took the time to detail how I should deal with my inflammatory lung disease. A clear, dynamic teacher presenting facts. When my wife was present, she would engage her as well. The two of us would later share what we learned. She gave her time with enthusiasm, wanting to help the patient even with a heavy workload. The communication was in-depth and in terms such that a layperson could understand, sometimes MDs can’t accomplish this.
