Nancy is a great clinical coordinator who is always willing to help her nurses with patient care. Nancy is a great resource for all new hires and is very knowledgeable. I know when Nancy is charge nurse that I will have help no matter how chaotic the unit is. Nancy advocates for her patients and her nurses. Nancy has been with this hospital for over 3 decades and we are so lucky to have her.

Nancy is the ultimate representation of a true leader. After 30-plus years of bedside nursing, she still has such a desire and true passion to help patients. When a call light goes off, she is the first to run to it. Even when she herself is not feeling well she is continually seeking to help every single person on the floor. Every shift I ever work with Nancy is a good one because I know I have her by my side in the trenches. She truly deserves all the recognition and praise. I hope to be just like her one day!
