Amy was extremely caring, patient-focused, and professional. She listened to all of my concerns and took care of all of my needs. I was in a lot of pain, and Amy really showed me she genuinely cared by doing everything she could to make me feel comfortable. She kneeled down to eye level when she spoke to me, and also made sure she addressed my spouse as well. My baby was in the NICU and I was so sick that I was unable to see him. Amy did everything she could to try to help me reach my goal and be able to hold my baby for the first time. I've had 3 other pregnancy/hospital stays prior to this one, and she was one of the best nurses I've had. Amy also built a genuine connection with me in regard to her schooling. Amy is extremely compassionate and dedicated to her job. Thank you so much, Amy. I definitely believe you deserve to be recognized.
