Bee was compassionate with the family during this difficult time and offered excellent and empathetic nursing care to ensure they had all they needed.
Bee took phenomenal care of a complex patient on the 4th floor. Bee advocated with compassion and clarity to the clinical team, to try and ensure this patient had accurate orders and care. As the patient decompensated, Bee was able to effectively communicate the patient's history and needs to the Code Team, and stayed with the patient until they were transferred off the unit. Bee was compassionate with the family during this difficult time and offered excellent and empathetic nursing care to ensure they had all they needed.
Bee, you are a phenomenal clinician, and that family was incredibly lucky to have you as their nurse that day. I firmly believe you had a huge impact on their course of events on the 4th floor, and you were a fierce advocate for them. 4 East is incredibly lucky to have a teammate like you!

Bee has been an essential resource and friend to me as a new grad nurse since the second I started working on 4E and is an absolutely exceptional nurse. I have many examples I could use to back this claim, but I will use today as my example. Today, Bee spent the entire shift trying to coordinate proper care and medication administration for a complex patient. Bee received a transfer patient from the PICU, and amid getting this PICU transfer settled, Bee's complex patient had an emergency situation that was handled with great care and efficiency. Bee also managed to discharge a whole other patient! I have no idea how Bee accomplished all of these tasks in one day as one person, and I am in awe! Bee does everything with kindness, sincerity, humor, and of the utmost quality. Bee is deserving of a garden of daisies!
