Overnight, nurse Manny was very attentive to my mom who was in the room alone at the time. I know this because whenever I called to check on her, he was able to tell me exactly how she was doing and did so very kindly and sounded very happy to do his job. All this is over the phone. The next morning when I came to see my mom, she had her eyes closed and she was singing to herself. Manny put on some music for her but not just any music, he put on her oldies but goodies for her. I don’t know how he knew this was her music, but I really appreciate him taking the time to do that for her.

I know this was his doing because my mom isn’t able to change the TV on her own and wouldn’t ask for such a thing even if she wanted to. This was such a small yet thoughtful and kind thing to do. It helped keep my mom’s spirits up and lifted mine also just to see how much she was cared for when I couldn’t be there. Thank You so much for answering my phone calls and being patient with me and my mom and for doing what you could to make her comfier and more relaxed. Clearly, this is how Nurse Manny looks after his patients. Well done sir!
