She is extremely warm, upbeat, encouraging, and accommodating. We had to wait for a blood test before discharge. She kept checking in on us and went down to make sure our car was parked on the loop since we had to wait longer than the valet parking was open. We commend her for her patient care and for going the extra mile to see that we got out of here safely. She is exemplary. She told us she is going back to school to become a nurse practitioner. Her bouncy personality is just what is needed working with surgery patients. Keeping their spirits up in a stressful and painful situation. Her warm, friendly, relational personality made the long delay while waiting for the blood test to come back not only bearable but entertaining. She made our day enjoyable while doing her job in a very professional way. She even accompanied us to our car and found the valet who had the keys. She is a star!
