Marlene is a very caring and educated RN and she exemplifies these qualities in her patient care. She was attentive and explained everything she was doing or everything that was going to happen to me, like echo, CT scan, and medication reconciliation. Her dedication shows in all that she does but she is personal with her patients as they were her family and she wanted them cared for. She goes above and beyond the call of duty and meets her patients with sincere care and honesty! I was super impressed with Marlene‘s nursing skills and she was very impressive with her interactions with other staff. She is a team player and puts her patients first. She is conscientious and caring and very willing to pitch in and help her team. As a retired RN, I appreciate her willingness to go the extra mile. She sets the standard high in her dedication to her profession. She kept me advised of all that was happening and what my care plan was!
