Katherine is confident. I just so appreciate her kind, encouraging words and advice during my life-threatening health situation. She took careful time and care with my medication. Double checking on the critical meds. She was so kind and thankful to the supporting staff. Loved meeting her, super nurse!

Wonderful sense of humor (laughter is the best medicine). She helped me relax when I was intubated and restrained. She is very kind, caring, and compassionate. I’ve had a lot of nurses and she is the best. She’s always on time. If anyone deserves this award it’s her!

Katherine’s care for her patients is top-notch. She is patient, friendly, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. No questions were asked that she couldn’t explain fully. No care was too big or small when we asked her to perform it. She is always attentive when concerns arise. She has great knowledge of dialysis even when multiple alarms were experienced. In addition, she never got frazzled or lost her calm demeanor. She is a true class act and is greatly appreciated by family members and patients.
