Michelle clearly loves being a nurse. It was always a pleasant experience to get off the elevator and see Michelle at the nurses station as the charge nurse. She was never too busy to answer any questions, always putting patients or their families first. When my mom was dying, Michelle had her as a patient. She was so compassionate and kind to my mom, always checking in to make sure she was comfortable. In addition, she would check in on us as a family. She was very thoughtful. She never ran the other way when she saw that we wanted to ask a question or needed something. Kindness goes a very long way when you have a loved one dying. Michelle Orsino is an excellent ambassador for your hospital!
