Labree is being nominated for observing her during a cardiac event, where she was calm, collected, and professional in her role as lead ED RN and she was able to teach her fellow RNs in a professional and meaningful way. Labree demonstrated excellent clinical skills and critical thinking. Also, during a very emotionally driven trauma accident, she demonstrated, leadership and compassion, and she controlled her emotions to the highest standards of the nursing profession. Labree works to the highest standards of the nursing license. She is a caring compassionate teacher. During her career, she has exceeded in all areas of nursing. She is always willing to help cover breaks or pitch in when needed. She is an excellent role model, and we are so happy to have her as a part of our team.
