My dad was given a defibrillator at your hospital in 2019. Last Tuesday he was admitted to another local hospital with chest pains. On Thursday, his defib unexpectedly went off three times in the middle of the night. Friday morning, we made our first attempt to obtain records for the make and model of the defib. By Saturday evening that request remained unfulfilled. I called the hospital in a panic trying to find the information necessary to help my dad. After the on-call cardiologist was not able to help, the house supervisor was suggested. And boy did she help!! Savannah came through with above-and-beyond assistance! Not only did she find the make and model for us, but she also provided the phone number for the local rep of the company so they could come out and interrogate the machine to determine exactly why it was going off. I want to commend Savannah because she helped stop a huge problem from becoming worse. My dad's medical team was at a loss to explain why the machine went off; whether it was the machine or his heart. And why the company didn't even call when it went off. So I want to thank Savannah for possibly saving my dad's life. We have no idea if the machine is broken or off line or what. With her information now it's possible to have answers and to get to work on making my dad better. I am extremely grateful that she took the call and the time to find the information for us.
