Rachel Hamm was our Labor and Delivery nurse at Brookwood. Even though we have medical backgrounds, we were nervous wrecks about having our first baby. Rachel was the calm that steadied us. She was so kind, loving, and compassionate, and had extreme patience putting up with me, while my wife was in labor. Rachel should be the guide that all good L&D nurses should strive to be. She was a great educator and helped us not to worry by explaining everything in detail as our labor progressed.
