I was admitted with severe pancreatitis. I was in excruciating pain. After getting to my room late at night, the next day I was introduced to Quynh. She took it upon herself to talk to my physician about my pain and how to get it best under control. She was with me for 2 days before going off shift. She always came to check on me as if she anticipated my every need. She was instrumental in getting my pain levels under control while the doctors decided on the best plan of action for my surgeries (I had to have 2).

I was in great hands through a terrible 4 days of being ill. Quynh was kind, caring, and experienced, and on my day of discharge (I was there a total of 7 days!) she was so nice and actually sad to see me go! All through my stay, she listened to my concerns and held my hand when I cried. I’m not sure I would have made it without her. Thank you so much for your extraordinary service!
