I would like to tell that the highest rating I have given to a hospital in my life was yours as everything is excellent, yet what really made the difference after I visited so many other hospitals to treat my kids is that it was the first time we experience this, despite it being very simple yet it meant a lot to me. It was the first time that an intravenous line was started from the first insertion without any mistakes or discomfort for the baby and this made a big difference and the person who did this in all professionalism was the great nurse Shiela, so please let her know on behalf of our family how grateful we are for what she did.
