Caleb took care of a patient in the ICU who was really wanting to be home for Christmas. The patient was having a little anxiety about being in the hospital. Caleb sat down and learned more about the patient as a person, not as a patient. They found out they both enjoyed golf. While working hard behind the scenes with the doctors, he made a deal with the patient that if he made a 36-foot putt, he could go home for Christmas. Caleb brought his putter the day the patient received discharge orders and had him putt to go home. The patient missed but the patient was still able to discharge before the holidays. He always gives his all for his patients.
