Sara is a living embodiment of the PCRAFT values of St. Luke's and always treats every patient, employee, and family member with respect and kindness. As a PCA, I know that anytime I work with Sara she will have my back and support me during a shift. Sara is always on top of her patient's needs and makes sure that everyone is taken care of before she even thinks about herself. Sara always knows her patients and is committed to forming strong relationships with them so that they trust her. She treats every patient as a unique, valued human being and always strives to deliver them the best care that she can possibly provide.

As a staff member, I feel blessed to have the opportunity to work with Sara because I know that she is always there to lend a helping hand. She helps in answering call bells, toileting, and attending to any patient needs whether she is directly involved in their care or not. Sara is always willing to stay late or come in early to help without even a second thought. Sara continuously goes the extra mile for both her patients and other staff members ensuring that each shift goes as smoothly and safely as possible.
