Today I watched Ernest take control of 8 East and hold the floor down as charge. When things got out of hand, he kept his cool and helped every RN and the Unit Clerk. He keeps the morale on the floor and when everyone was ready to pass out, Ernest feeds the floor with his own money. He displayed grit and resilience while having a full assignment and being the charge RN.
