I would like to nominate Jen Hendricks for her wonderful, compassionate care for both patients and family members. Jen didn’t hesitate when she was needed in the patient’s room. She would listen to your concerns, review the situation and take action to make the patient, and family more comfortable. She builds a relationship with the patient and family members.
