We would like to nominate Bonnie for the DAISY Award. We both feel she is an excellent example of teamwork, dedication, etc., and exhibits all the qualities of a great nurse and leader. She definitely went above and beyond with her leadership by training us both and offering support when needed.

I have not worked for RGH for a long period of time. While I have been here I have received nothing but open arms, reassurance, guidance, and acceptance. Giving me all the tools to feel successful. It has been such a wonderful experience working for this individual. I couldn’t have asked for a better leader. She is resilient, working very hard to make all that she is in charge of work like a well-oiled machine. Maybe some hiccups along the way but that doesn’t faze her. She has been very supportive when I’ve had a crisis. Making me feel like it’s going to be ok. She goes above and beyond her job description if you ask me.

I nominate Bonnie Beecher-Casagrande. She is a superwoman! Bonnie is a wonderful team leader, friend, and mentor. She always makes time from her busy schedule to listen to any concerns that her staff has. She will go over and beyond to help anyone and she is always available to talk even after her shift is over. She is an awesome team leader, she will sit down with her nurses, LISTEN to what they have to say, and come up with a plan that can help or improve any situation that arises. This is why I nominate Bonnie for the DAISY Award.

I would like to nominate Ms. Bonnie Beecher-Casagrande for DAISY Award. She is a wonderful, amazing, talented clinical nurse leader. She does her job above and beyond and is fair to all her co-workers. She handles her staff easily with loving and caring. To describe in general she is a “Superwoman” for us.

I am nominating Bonnie Beecher-Casagrande for the DAISY Award. Bonnie is the most amazing nurse and manager. She is supportive, patient, kind, and a true support to her whole team. Bonnie problem solves with calmness and patience. She encourages team cohesiveness with open communication and dialogue. Bonnie is always willing to help with anything and everything that is needed. Bonnie creates a very warm and welcoming work environment for new and current staff. You can always count on Bonnie to support and resolve any and all issues that arise, with her staff and providers as well. She is a pleasure to work for and with!! I cannot think of a more deserving Nurse to receive the DAISY Award!!
