I wanted to share with you the wonderful experience that I had at the Aurora Women’s Center in Green Bay. I had a more invasive in-office procedure completed versus going to the operating room in the hospital. A few days prior to the procedure I was contacted by the RN as I am driving from out of town and we were expecting a snowstorm the day of my procedure. The RN informed me that we were looking out first for the safety of my drive to and home from the hospital. She reassured me that if the weather was a concern they could proceed with the procedure the next week still getting the procedure completed before the end of 2022.

On the day of the procedure, I was greeted by the RN, Betsy, who was very polite, professional, and thorough. She answered all the questions that I had and continued to put my mind at ease with what to expect. I truly felt like I was talking to a friend about life rather than someone I just met for the first time 5 minutes prior.

The doctor followed shortly thereafter & proceeded to explain every step in the process. These ladies are amazing women who are so compassionate & genuine! They were very honest about what to expect with the procedure & kept me calm & comfortable throughout. Once the procedure was completed, clear instructions were given to me including a contact number if any concerns arose. I was given time to dress & collect myself while never feeling rushed, ensuring that I was comfortable for departure.

These 2 individuals are true blessings to all women who come in contact with them! I cannot thank them enough for the amazing care that they provided!
