This is in regard to Stephanie S. Ford. Met her in the Emergency room several years ago, first off she made me feel so cared for. Besides thanking me for my service being a Vietnam Era Veteran almost had me in tears because we never got recognition when we returned. Well, because I have Agent orange I have had many different issues and been to the Emergency room many times. Ms. Ford each time I came in actually remembered me. One is because of the uniqueness of my name besides always wearing a top hat with acknowledgment of wartime service. She was so kind and compassionate and made me feel so loved and cared for. She remembered me, showed me such compassion, and consideration, and listened to everything I said. Ms. Ford is such as asset to your Emergency room actually to the Federal Government. I feel she is such an asset to the staff.
