Jake did an absolutely phenomenal job caring for me while in the emergency room. His hospitality and personality made me relax so much more during my emergency. Jake was so professional yet absolutely caring the entire time I was there. He made my time in the emergency room fly by so quickly just with his witty personality. I have dealt with hundreds of nurses and Jake without a doubt quickly soars to the top of the list for best. I discussed with Jake my poor veins and how without a doubt it usually takes more than one poke to get an IV. Jake was amazing at walking me through the entire process while he was getting an IV on me. He showed me exactly what he did to get it on the first try which very rarely ever happens. He even gave me tips for the future for the next nurse that would have to give me an IV. I wish there were dozens of awards I could give Jake because he deserves every single one of them. He is absolutely phenomenal at what he does and so passionate about his career and his job. I wish there were thousands of Jakes in the healthcare field. Thank you so much, Jake!
