Mrs. Sheeba Joseph is working in PICU for more than 10 years. She has been an excellent support in the unit. As one of the Charge Nurses of the unit, she ensures that the bedside nurses are stress-free, ensures that workflow is well organized at all times. She is involved in numerous unit-related activities and is still able to act as a bedside Nurse. During the time when the unit was so busy and my patient deteriorated and needed the insertion of a peripheral line, Mrs. Sheeba readily offered her assistance without hesitation. Through her support and critical thinking the patient’s condition improved. Overall, I would like to thank her very much for all her support. She is my role model.
