Peggy was so kind and took such good care of my dad. He had issues but one that she was concerned about was his low sugar. She spent all day trying to get these numbers up. Finally she succeeded. He improved and was moved to another room. He was then moved back to ICU and I was relieved when I saw that Peggy was his nurse. Dad passed away and I was glad she was his nurse for his final day. From the time she was working on his sugar until his final day, she took the time to explain everything to my family and making sure we knew everything that was going on. My family thinks Peggy is an excellent nurse and she deserves this Award.
