Where to start, there are so many wonderful scenarios about this nurse. She brings life not only to the clinic but to our center as well. Becky is 100% the definition of a team player. How much she cares for our patients is what I believe to be the true definition of what a nurse should be. We have certainly experienced many changes in the last few years; however, she has made it so much easier for me and our coworkers with laughter and compassion. If you were to look up the word compassion, she fits the definition. She is able to understand what other people are going through and feel their pain. She is mindful of other people's emotions, thoughts, and experiences, and takes action when she sees someone else suffering. Becky has a high level of emotional intelligence, so she is able to understand and manage the emotions of others. These are the reasons I believe she is a DAISY Nurse.
