During my procedures, she was in the room doing a great job of calming my nerves, making sure I was comfortable, and holding my hand from start to finish during each visit.
In my office visits with Wendy during the fall of 2022, I found her to consistently meet all the criteria in the areas of compassion, empathy, professionalism, understanding, communication, and going above and beyond to meet individual patients’ needs.

During the late summer and early fall of 2022, I had to have several unexpected biopsies that led to a major surgery.  Wendy was wonderful in every facet of the process.  Since I am a teacher and I have virtually no spare time during the school year, Wendy went above and beyond to accommodate my highly inflexible schedule.  She worked with me to pick days and times that worked best with my schedule and other appointments pertaining to my situation.  She always called me when she knew I’d be available after the school day and checked on me every step of the way leading up to, during, and even after my procedure.

When you meet Wendy, you are immediately comfortable with her and feel like you’ve known her forever.  She has a very nurturing and “motherly” disposition about her.  I felt exceptionally comfortable talking to her about both personal and professional topics.  During my procedures, she was in the room doing a great job of calming my nerves, making sure I was comfortable, and holding my hand from start to finish during each visit.  Upon arriving and leaving each visit, I felt compelled to hug her each time.  Wendy just has this aura of comfort that I greatly appreciate and will never forget.  You can easily build a relationship with her.

I really would love to see Wendy honored.  It would make me happy to know that this wonderful, caring woman has been professionally recognized as making a difference in her patients’ lives.  I will always remember and appreciate what a bright light she was through my imaging processes.
