I had been in the ER all night for observation of my heart health due to mini strokes. This was my second time coming back. I had to wait in the ER until a bed in observation became available for further tests. Nurse Phae displayed a very kind, warm personal interest in what I had experienced. She’s a good listener and attentive to the meds she gave me. She is very thorough in carrying out the tasks as a nurse. She made me very comfortable in her presence and unafraid of what I was experiencing and going through. She answered my concerns in a very patient manner. She was like a friend to confide in.

When you are ill, you can tell Phae cares for people and feels it. Even before she left for the day, she always made sure I was comfortable and had what was needed before she left. She’s very knowledgeable when it comes to explaining meds and the safety of taking them. I wish a Phae for all patients! Phae was absolutely amazing! Kind, warm and professional. She dealt with me as a family member. Not only does she explain extremely well, her soothing words and awe is truly beautiful!

Phae works from the heart. She respects her patients and their caregivers beyond words. It is refreshing and gives me hope that there are humans and nurses like her. She is organized and on top of her game. Phae walks into a room and sets a positive and relaxing tone. I had a ton of questions and concerns, but she clearly, efficiently and patiently explained. Not only is she an amazing nurse, but and epic human! I love her!
