I went into the ER with the unknown: heart, anxiety, or lungs. It was frightening. Ali came along and made my experience fabulous and comfortable. When I was in need of something, she was there to help me. Ali gave me pointers and was very compassionate about my mental illness and anxiety. She never once looked down upon me or treated me differently because of it. She helped me get my gown on due to it not being put together and she knew when I was starting to panic. As a patient in previous ER visits, I have never had this kind of support. We laughed, I cried…she helped me see different views. She was very busy that night, but never made me feel like I was less of a patient than anyone else. I believe Ali is this way with her patients. This wonderful woman helps your visit comfortable, she listens, she explains and goes above and beyond. If I knew I’d have her every time I went, I’d be there when I need to go. Ali, I truly can’t thank you enough. You are absolutely amazing. Thank you.
