I am sure Torri probably saved my husband’s life! He was seen in ER on Monday, diagnosed with early pneumonia treated, and discharged. Before leaving Torri talked to us and told us what to watch and that if any questions or concerns came up to call ER and she would speak to us. Tuesday afternoon I thought his breathing was more labored I called ad spoke to Torri. She advised him to come back to ER. I was anxious he could not walk a distance if there was no parking available. (As was a problem the day before) She said if there was an issue, she would meet me with a wheelchair by the door (I was to call her). Parking was okay when I checked him in, I asked to speak with Torri. She came to ER door immediately with a wheelchair. He was hospitalized for 7 days. Her caring, concern, and ADVICE, I truly believe saved his life. She gave me the confidence to call back. Torri will be in my prayers forever.
